The agreement governing your account, coin wallet and prize requests

These Terms govern access to LuckyLand Slots, account registration, Gold Coin purchases, promotional Sweeps Coin participation, games, rewards, verification, prize requests, support and account controls. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Sweeps Rules and Responsible Social Gameplay Policy.

Core definitions

Account means the registered profile used to access the service. Gold Coins or GC means virtual social-play currency with no monetary value. Sweeps Coins or SC means promotional sweepstakes currency governed by the Sweeps Rules. Redeemable SC means eligible SC that has met the applicable playthrough and account requirements. Prize means an approved cash, gift-card or other reward obtained through eligible promotional play.

Eligibility and accurate registration

You must be at least 21, have legal capacity to accept these Terms and provide accurate identity, address and contact information. Maintain one account, keep credentials secure and update information when it changes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your credentials unless reported promptly as unauthorized.

We may verify email, phone, legal identity, age, residential address, payment ownership, bank destination and source of funds where appropriate. False, incomplete or altered information can lead to review, transaction restrictions or account action.

Gold Coins and standard play

GC is used for standard social gameplay. GC has no cash value, cannot be transferred as money and cannot be redeemed for prizes. A GC package purchase is a purchase of virtual currency, not a deposit into a real-money gambling account.

Package prices and contents are shown before authorization. Selected packages may include promotional SC at no additional charge. Purchase limits, payment checks and account-specific controls may apply.

Sweeps Coins and promotional play

SC is used in eligible promotional games. No purchase is necessary. Promotional SC may be granted at registration, through daily rewards, via free-entry methods or as a bonus associated with selected GC packages.

SC must satisfy the applicable playthrough requirement before becoming redeemable. Special promotions can set distinct expiry, eligibility or play conditions. The wallet, promotion rules and Sweeps Rules determine status.

Purchases and payment ownership

Use a payment method you are authorized to use. The checkout identifies the USD price and package contents. You authorize the stated charge when confirming a purchase.

Failed transactions, reversals, chargebacks, payment disputes or ownership mismatches may require investigation. Never provide a full password or complete card details to support. Purchase receipts and system records are evidence of transaction status.

Prize redemption

Eligible cash-prize requests generally begin at 50 redeemable SC. You must complete requested identity, phone, address and payment-destination checks. The destination must belong to the verified account holder.

Requests can move through pending, review, approved, returned or canceled states. We may correct destination information, request documents, investigate irregular activity or return a request when required information is missing. An approved prize is sent through the selected eligible route.

Game rounds and records

Game outcomes are determined under the rules displayed for each title. Check the selected coin mode, play value, paytable and feature rules before starting a round. System transaction and game records are the authoritative record when investigating a disputed result.

Interrupted sessions, display faults, duplicate messages or technical errors may require a record review. Where a verified malfunction affects a transaction, we may void, restore or correct the affected entry in accordance with the game rules and system record.

Promotions, rewards and tournaments

Promotion eligibility may depend on account status, timing, claim sequence, selected game, playthrough, reward type or other published conditions. Rewards cannot be duplicated through multiple accounts or manipulated activity. Tournament results are governed by the current tournament rules and recorded leaderboard activity.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• create or control multiple accounts;
• provide false identity, age, address or payment information;
• use another person’s payment method without authorization;
• manipulate games, promotions, technical systems or transaction records;
• engage in collusion, fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse or reward abuse;
• use automated scripts, bots or unauthorized software;
• sell, transfer or trade account access, GC or SC outside permitted features;
• attempt to bypass verification, account controls or responsible-play measures;
• threaten staff, misuse support channels or interfere with other players.

We may investigate activity, request records, suspend affected functions, correct balances, cancel ineligible entries or close an account where the Terms permit.

Account security and unauthorized activity

Use a unique password and protect the registered email and phone. Notify support promptly after an unfamiliar login, profile edit, purchase or prize request. We may secure the account, reset credentials or require re-verification.

Responsible social gameplay controls

Players can request purchase limits, breaks, self-exclusion and marketing controls. A request may affect account access, promotions and communications. Do not create another account to avoid a control or exclusion.

Account suspension, closure and inactivity

You may request account closure through support. We may suspend or close an account for breach, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or player-protection reasons. An account with no login or logout activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be treated as inactive under the published Terms.

Eligible balances and pending matters are handled under the current Terms, Sweeps Rules and legal requirements. Account closure does not erase transaction, verification, dispute or exclusion records that must be retained.

Intellectual property

LuckyLand names, game content, software, graphics, text and trademarks are owned or licensed by VGW Group and its partners. Use is limited to personal access under these Terms. Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, public redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where law expressly permits it.

Liability and service records

Casino-style gameplay involves chance. No outcome or prize is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited under the governing Terms. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and governing documents

We may update these Terms, game rules, promotion conditions, Sweeps Rules or related policies. The Last Updated date identifies the current Terms. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
